These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and tokeqq ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the tokeqq website located at https://tokeqq.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. IMPORTANT: These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability and require you to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than through jury trials or class actions. Please read Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any Service offered by tokeqq. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and responsible gaming practices. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities.
Our Services are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal or not explicitly prohibited at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tokeqq complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. We do not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
The following individuals are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using our Services:
Verification: tokeqq reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
To use our Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You may only create one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. tokeqq shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information, or impersonating another person or entity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, we require all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identification documents such as KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and any other documents we deem necessary to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. We may use third-party verification services to confirm the authenticity of submitted documents.
tokeqq accepts deposits through Indonesian banking institutions including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and electronic payment services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though in rare cases bank processing delays may occur.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 2-6 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements. First-time withdrawals and large amounts may require additional verification and processing time up to 72 hours.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and vary by payment method. Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may be adjusted based on your account history and VIP tier. tokeqq does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or impose enhanced verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to report unusual transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
tokeqq may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the offer. Bonuses are granted at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and game exclusions are detailed in each bonus's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus where we reasonably believe that the bonus has been claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith, for commercial purposes, or in a manner that abuses the spirit of the promotion. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using arbitrage betting strategies, betting on zero-risk outcomes, and irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
All Users must play fairly and in accordance with these Terms. Use of automated betting systems (bots), collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, and any other form of cheating or unfair advantage-seeking is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and fraudulent activity.
All games offered on tokeqq use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and verified by independent auditing firms to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. For live dealer games, all gameplay is recorded and archived. In sports betting, we reserve the right to void bets if we determine that the event's integrity has been compromised.
All bets are subject to acceptance by tokeqq. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or irregular betting patterns. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport or game. In cases of abandoned or postponed events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules.
The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOKEQQ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to tokeqq in the twelve months preceding the claim or IDR 10,000,000, whichever is less.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity, or at your request. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service, and any outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you subject to completion of verification procedures.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and cannot be lifted early. All content on the tokeqq Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of tokeqq or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without prior written consent.
tokeqq reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tokeqq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration service, with the arbitration conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
